Nice interior of a hotel, good breakfast.

There was a false fire alarm two times in one night. Hotel didn't have any tourist map.

Staff service, room, etc.

The hotel is not too far and near the station but you have to go around and around to find it and get there....

-staffs were very kind, helpful.- hotels facilities are very nice.-good location (it takes 5-7min walk to the xinjiekou station exit 20)

-bathroom doors are transparent glass. -electric pot smells sour..

Even with no language barrier the check-in is painfully slow. Probably about 20 minutes just get the room card. The girl Bunny didnt really know what she was doing.

Location was amazing, 5-10 mins walk to the nearest metro and also the bustling part of town. Room was smaller than expected but cozy enough for 1. Toilet and shower is separated but by glass, so no privacy for friends.

Traffic outside is noisy throughout the night, but if you're a heavy sleeper, it won't bother you much

Bathroom and the shower are separated with two doors in a small corner. Not so convenient to open the doors.

Super location, just in the center, close to everything. It was clean and the breakfast was nice, however dont expect so many western food, it was 85% Chinese.

The staff didnt speak English, but we managed to communicate through translate apps, but it made the check in super long.

the aircondition setting to cental heat position cannot control the temperature and the the room very hot and dry.

The carpet in the hallway was really dirty and stained. When we open the door to our room, there was a big hair ball on the floor.

A super clean and modern hotel close to the intersection between metro lines 1 and 2. I loved the space theme, and my small hotel room (with a view onto walls, but that was okay) was incredibly well designed and arranged, with good water pressure and a Batman mask as one of the ceiling lightshades. There was a small but well equipped gym on level 3, though my key card was for level 4 so I had to ask reception for to swipe me in. Wifi was excellent, the breakfast was fairly decent (mainly pastries and chinese buns) with a few cereals as well, and the lobby had an entrance to a 7-11 next door for anything additional you might need (like a coke). Reception was helpful and check out was great.

Mainly small things - the map app takes you to the back of the hotel rather than the main entrance (which is not on the main street), and as there were a lot of construction works going on around the building, it was not the easiest to get in and out. A kettle was provided but no tea bags. The key card did not give me access to level 3 where the gym was located.

The rooms are really cute.

On the night of my arrival. I went to have dinner downstairs and I was told the kitchen wasnt serving dinner that night. Also breakfast needs a little improvement. More variety of food

They have a washing machine. The location is great.

The walls are paper thin. People smoke inside and you can smell it in the room.

It takes too long for the checkin procedure. They also ask you for your previous and next destination, which for me is totally personal.
